Orientation training was held for first-year students at the Hitit University Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Health Management, at the start of the 2025-2026 academic year. The training took place on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 15:00, in the Conference Hall of the Faculty of Health Sciences.
The presentation was given by Res. Asst. Nursel TUNCER ALP, while the program was attended by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali ÜNAL (Deputy Head of Department), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ela HİÇYORULMAZ (Vice Dean), and Res. Asst. Dr. Hilal DEMİRHAN KELEŞ.
As part of the orientation, students were informed about: the institutional structure and functioning of the faculty, faculty and department introductions, announcement channels, academic advisors, use of social media accounts, the education curriculum, attendance and absenteeism regulations, the relative grading system, and letter grades. Additionally, information was provided on national and international exchange programs, the national internship program, and TÜBİTAK 2209-A student research projects.
The aim of the orientation training was to enable students to quickly adapt to both the faculty and the department and to follow their education and training processes more consciously.
